The Medibtikar Programme is glad to release its « Entrepreneurs’ Manual for Innovative Projects », A Guide throughout MEDA Countries. This manual is a step‐by‐step guide primarily drafted for entrepreneurs starting an innovative project. It presents, in a logical approach, the main issues of developing, marketing and getting finance to transform an innovation into a successful business. The basic concepts are presented through an educational approach allowing self‐learning and practicing the tools, methods and advice which are presented in an operational way.

The basic concepts to master an innovative project presented in this manual are followed by checklists, worksheets, exhibits and examples inspired from the real business world.

This manual is for entrepreneurs, for project holders with innovative ideas, who are currently involved in the process of starting their own innovative business and want to get things done in the right way and as efficiently as possible.

This material could also help consultants, coaches, trainers and incubators’ managers in their outreach activities to help start‐ups and new entrepreneurs.
